My Services

Depending on your concern, a different setting may be helpful. In the first conversation we clarify together which framework feels right and makes sense for you.

Individual Therapy

In which situations?

When you want to better understand and cope with personal burdens, strengthen inner stability or change recurring patterns.

How it works

In a protected one-to-one setting we turn to your concerns and look together for solutions. The focus is on more clarity and self-efficacy, an easing way of dealing with difficult situations, and changes that hold up in everyday life.

Couples Therapy

In which situations?

When conversations quickly escalate, conflicts keep repeating or distance has grown between you.

How it works

In our shared conversation a space emerges in which understanding for one another can grow again. We look at recurring dynamics and talk about conflicts, wishes and needs – and develop new ways for connection as a couple to succeed once more.

Family Therapy

In which situations?

When tensions weigh on family life, communication is difficult or a change affects the whole family.

How it works

In our shared conversation everyone involved comes into dialogue. We make roles and recurring dynamics visible, foster understanding and communication, and thereby strengthen your togetherness.

My Approach

Systemic Family Therapy

As a systemic psychotherapist in specialist training under clinical supervision, I am guided by the systemic view of the human being. It sees you as the expert on your own life – within the context of your social relationships and your wider environment.

In my work I stand by your side as a supportive companion: in the shared search for solutions and new perspectives for the challenges that currently concern you. A particular focus lies on activating and strengthening your abilities and resources – because much of what carries you forward is already within you.

Your individual needs are at the centre. We focus on the topics that matter to you, and approach them together at your own pace.

I look forward to accompanying you for part of your journey.

Process & Fees

How we get to know each other

The first step is often the hardest. So you know what to expect, here is the path in four simple steps.

1
Get in touch

You write or call me – with no obligation. Together we arrange a first appointment.

2
First conversation

The first session is about getting to know each other: you get a sense of me, and together we see whether working together feels right.

3
Our shared path

In regular sessions we devote ourselves to your concerns – depending on your needs usually weekly or every two weeks, at a rhythm that suits you.

4
Closing

At the end we look together at what has changed. You move on with what has strengthened you. My door stays open.

Frequently Asked Questions

Good to know

Can the sessions be billed to health insurance?

During my specialist training under clinical supervision, billing through health insurance is not yet possible. I therefore offer my services on a private fee basis.

What does "psychotherapist in specialist training under clinical supervision" mean?

I am close to completing my multi-year psychotherapy training. In this final phase I am already allowed to work independently with clients – closely accompanied by experienced training supervisors. Much like a doctor in residency, I work largely on my own and can draw on professional guidance at any time, which directly benefits your treatment.

Are our conversations confidential?

Yes, absolutely. As a psychotherapist I am legally bound to confidentiality (§ 45 of the Austrian Psychotherapy Act 2024). Whatever you tell me, and any records of it, remains strictly confidential and is shared with no one – not with authorities, doctors or relatives.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. If you cancel later, I unfortunately have to charge for the missed session.
